They didn't wipe down out side of my driver side of my van. They didn't vacuum my trunk area AT ALL. I have a white van and the driver side is oily and dirty like it was never washed. Very unhappy. Now I gota go wash it again and vacuum my trunk.

Today, July 14th, I went to wash my car like I do every week. But this time, they lost my key during the wash and couldn’t tell me anything about it at the time. Later, I saw about five employees searching for the key — where? In the car wash drain.
