I had a account decided to remove myself they are super lazy inside he still dirty fingerprints on the outside is real disrespectful when you pay your money for service then they left to the windows down the back car waiting inside the manager act nonchalant that said I can get a free wax no thank you
The staff who clean the cars are always attentive and careful, and the quality of the wash itself is excellent. However, I had a very negative experience with the manager of this location, named Jesus. On September 6th, 2025, around 10:30 AM, I brought my car as usual and during the washing process my pair of company magnetic signs disappeared. Muy bien servicio rápido y atento el personal lo único que aveces no te limpian bien los vidrios y los dejan manchados pero cabe recalcar depende quien te los haga
So far so good much better than the one on Clayton Rd but there’s a problem sometimes if you don’t double check inside the car some of the employees totally ignore to clean inside the car so make sure to double check inside the car if it is clean or not
They didn't wipe down out side of my driver side of my van. They didn't vacuum my trunk area AT ALL. I have a white van and the driver side is oily and dirty like it was never washed. Very unhappy. Now I gota go wash it again and vacuum my trunk.
