This is a piece of crap company!!! If all goes well it is ok but they damaged our car and then that was it. They referred us to Yoan Gerardo Facility Coordinator. He took pictures and the he refuse to answer any phone calls, text messages. Called the corporate office and the same run around. Finally had to turn it into our insurance and it came out of my pocket!!! Nobody would talk to my insurance . For a company that had 8 car washes this company SUCKS!!!!
As I'm watching them clean my car, they just grab a bunch of things that are obviously NOT trash and throw it in the trash. I had to fish everything out. Don't go here.
Was told the $40 service I paid for wasn't enough to get the water spots of my windows and that that's only covered in the $90 service. In what world do I spend $40 to get my car washed and have it come back with the amount of uncleaned areas as it did? Will not be back to the Livermore location. Will continue to give my business to cordwood or Autotopia in Dublin.
Had my car detailed! It looks brand new!! They got out 3 year old stains on my interior!! Worth every penny!!!!!
