I gave my car for wash at Autopia. It was as 6 month 2025 model Tesla Y. The worker who handled my car dinged it badly. The rear end lift-gate was dinged badly Initially the operations manager, Burges, said he will pay for my repairs and would let me rent a car at $50 per month. I requested for an equivalent Tesla model Y. This is my primary commute car for a long commute from Pleasanton to Sunnyvale. A 3+ hr daily commute !! The made a big deal about paying for the repairs. Good service
After years of using Corwood car wash I decided to use autopia... Bad Idea. When all said and done. I paid for the 46$ ultimate car wash. They did not clean shit! I did a once over after getting home and they basicly just ran my car through the cars wash, dried the windows and thats it! Garbage... I also had some small american flags up in the back windows the took down and are gone... You were hired to wash and detail my car not take out my personal effects.. Do not go here.
This car wash finds ways to take your money. I have been their customer for almost three years. When I signed up for the membership, I chose the package that allows car washes up to 7 days a week. Sometimes I come every day, and sometimes I don’t come for a few days—that’s why I paid extra for this package. However, they terminated my membership without any notice.
