Excellent experience! My car shined like new.
I don't know what kind of "Ultimate Works" this is....but it's an ultimate disappointment. Bird droppings, miscellaneous marks from leaves, trunk not fully vacuumed, spills left on interior....
I should've read the reviews. I've been there in the past and no complaints. However this time, I paid for the Ultimate Works and received less than. Trunk not fully vacuumed out, lots of areas they neglected to wipe away bird droppings or marks from leaves. And interior was the same poor quality. I had to go home and finish the job. Very disappointed.
I gave my car for wash at Autopia. It was as 6 month 2025 model Tesla Y. The worker who handled my car dinged it badly. The rear end lift-gate was dinged badly Initially the operations manager, Burges, said he will pay for my repairs and would let me rent a car at $50 per month. I requested for an equivalent Tesla model Y. This is my primary commute car for a long commute from Pleasanton to Sunnyvale. A 3+ hr daily commute !! The made a big deal about paying for the repairs.
