Great business you can trust. Updated our car and thought I would have to buy a new unit but my 8 year old reader works on the new car perfectly. Can't speak highly enough of the service these people offer. They truly value their customers - so rare these days. The reader saved my but last year when remote travelling and getting error codes.
Having the outback scanner permanently in my ute means I can easily diagnose issues on the roadside without the need to call for a tow. In modern cars, they are more important than spanners.
Scanner works well once you learn how to use it Did O2 scan said they were good Later tried live data scan showed one was not working Good basic scanner
customer service was Excellent. I Luv this scanner, it has saved me several times when far from home, having the error codes = I can have an informed discussion with the mechanic far from home. so much better than getting the ute towed because I don't know what the engine light means. Fantastic, when I eventually buy a new car. I'll definitely purchase another diagnostic tool from Autophix. Cheers Big Ears!
I had a great experience with Auto Fix Australia over the Easter long weekend. On Easter Saturday, my Toyota FJ Cruiser threw a code while I was out west—definitely not ideal timing!
