Used device on several occasions with nil issue, an update was released and I was not informed. I contacted the Customer service people as I was unable to get into the ECU systems, I was informed to check online as an update was available. There was a list of five possible update for the OBD2, I contacted customer service again and was told they would get back to me about which one to use. I never heard from them, I contacted again and was told we will get back to you. Very disappointed considering the cost involved.

Great product,easy to use,had a problem off road, utilised the tool to figure out the problem.Thankfully was able to clear the error code and get the car going again until we got into a town.Recommend this product to all.

Was a bit unsure about scanners ,contacted Trevor about the 3210pro and purchased one ,it is a great unit easy to set up plus any problems can contact AA for help, I wouldn't leave home without one

I bought the Toyota 7360 model and worked perfectly picking up all the engine and ABS codes showing up on the Hilux dash - fixed ABS/cruise control caused by faulty wiring in left rear ute light which is exactly what the scanner advised - cleared codes and will have Toyota fix the transmission module - tough construction and decent large buttons much better than simple keypad - good user interface.
