This company is the worst in the alexandria area. They dont want sell parts to customers. ill never recommend api to anyone and ill let my friends know to stop shopping here permanantly.
They suck with parts and delivery
Their customer service is very poor. The guy who pick the phone when you call to get information is very unpleasant. He is not nice at all and don’t know to talk to people.
We are new shop we just called to see if the part we are looking for is in stock , guy answers tell me no I say ok we will register if you have the part we just need to know if you have it, nasty attitude tells me no he won’t check don’t do business here nasty ways disgusting attitude on phone how you expect to get new accounts open
Simply be nice to customer that’s all, ppl walk in to buy ur sh it not asking you to serve us for food or something
