Simple quick good job
First time here—EXCELLENT!!! I’m afraid to share because I don’t want them to get too busy. This is my GO TO from now on!!!! They spent a long time and lots of care wiping, vacuuming and doing finishing touches!!!! I love these guys!!!!
I paid for the Platinum wash ($37.99) expecting a proper cleaning, but I was very disappointed with the service. The car was not cleaned well at all, and they didn’t even remove the trash from inside my car. When I went back and told the cashier, he told me to talk to the supervisor, but the supervisor never came. Instead, the cashier came himself and vacuumed a little like he was helping, but the job was still not done properly. I specifically asked about getting inside wipe down well the employee says we will clean it real good and I got the platinum service. Then once I get the car back after 5 mins of drying and wiping car they say they are done. Then I look and show them that it’s not clean and said that they only wipe with damp towel. So I ask can they clean it and the guy says I just give you half your money back. Terrible service terrible customer service. Sorry work.
