I specifically asked about getting inside wipe down well the employee says we will clean it real good and I got the platinum service. Then once I get the car back after 5 mins of drying and wiping car they say they are done. Then I look and show them that it’s not clean and said that they only wipe with damp towel. So I ask can they clean it and the guy says I just give you half your money back. Terrible service terrible customer service. Sorry work.
Very good car wash place I suggest them having a cash app for Tips since I would assume no one really carries cash anymore
*NO TRUCK SERVICE* They have sign that states a 3 dollar uncharge on Minivans and TRUCKS. Guy there made me wait in line for 40 min before telling me I can't go thru because my truck is "too heavy". Didn't apologize, no explanation, nothing. Terrible service
