Terrible customer service when you have a problem at the exit gate. I'm a tourist and I was there for WORK, not even for holidays, and my 2 credit cards didn't work for an unknown reason (while they worked perfectly earlier on at every store, restaurant, hotel, tolls, etc...). Their poorly maintained machines don't work properly or the system does not allow certain MasterCard credit cards (I double checked that the credit cards were active and not blocked at that moment. 41 bucks for 11 hours overnight, online prices differ. The garage across the street is half the price
Great lot, close to the stadium!
Overcrowded. Took 30+ mins to get in and out due to traffic. Not enough elevators expect to walk up the stairs after your event (16 flights of stairs for us) or wait an hour. It is across the street from the front of Bank of America stadium.
