Even though we all paid when we entered for an event, they wouldn’t open the gate to exit and they make a full parking garage (300+ cars) scan their tickets to exit. Everyone was getting out of their cars telling them to open the gate and management refused (and was verbally threatening). After not moving for 1.5 hours, we walked to our hotel.
