Strange to see a business that doesn't let a customer in, even though customer stands at front door waiting to be let in (the front door can only be opened if someone from inside lets you in, apparently...) and I could see people inside looking at me, but they wouldn't let me in? Very odd behaviour. Good luck if that's how you treat all your customers. Why is the front door locked during business hours anyway?

Very slow, and I can't find out why. They can't answer questions on why it takes 3 weeks to move a car 31kms across Melbourne. Transferred to different departments with voice mail, they don't return calls. If you are using this company to conduct your business, you'll end up with angry clients.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. I put in an instant car offer on car sales had this customer service person ring me who was really rude, pushy and unprofessional. When I told him what price I was willing to accept he massively unquoted me and bluntly said your lucky to get 5 k since then I've had interest above 9. I have never been spoken to so rudly by someone in a professional service and would like an apology from the company. I am considering reporting this behaviour to car sales.
