The service center has no direction and appears to be fairly poor leadership. I just brought my Jetta in for a standard multipoint inspection. I stopped in a 8, with an appointment and during a work day, and was told that it should take around 30 minutes. That would have been fine and I would only arrive slightly late to work. While I had a not so great experience servicing my 2021 Atlas here for its 40k service, I just had a fantastic experience here thanks to service advisor Caleb. The idiots at Valvoline didn't reinstall my skid plate correctly after an oil change, and it partially detached while driving on the highway. I had my car towed here on Tuesday just before close. Caleb called me on Wednesday at 8:01am to discuss the issue, and he called back two hours later to say that they were able to reattach the skid plate with new hardware, and t... read more
My experience was excellent. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The staff was AWESOME in my budget needs and affordability. AutoNation got the deal complete in a timely manner and I love my new car. I will definitely recommend AutoNation to others!
