Brought my car in this morning desperate for a battery change. From the beginning, every staff member was incredibly polite. Ernest was able to squeeze me in and a pleasure to work with from scheduling my appointment to paying my balance. He even recommended me a boujie spot to try on my next evening out! I didn't catch her name but the sole female salesperson was also very kind in speaking at length with another customer and even showed me a behind-the-scenes of a video she was making for the company.
