I was on my way home from Atlanta when my EPC light came on in my EOS VW. I pulled into Automation and they made me fell right at home. James was my service rep. and he took great care of me. They had to keep my car overnight, he helped me find a place to stay and transportation to and from. I live 3 and a half hours away and would drive down to Georgia to have my car serviced. Thanks to this dealership for taking care of my unicorn of a VW Amy B
