I took my Passat in for the battery to be tested. They charged the battery and made sure all my codes were set properly. I was not charged for anything. Extremely happy with the experience.

Took my 2024 Jetta in for warranty repair. The whole process was very smooth. Quentin my service advisor was very professional and helpful. Brandon one of the service porters gave me a ride back to my house so I wouldn’t have to sit at the dealership. All in all a very good experience.
Easy to book online for service the following weekday morning. Free shuttle (10 mile radius) quickly took me back home and then returned for me in the afternoon when my car was ready. Pickup was a breeze. Service advisor Asmir was great. Free car wash too! Could not fault anything. I’ve used this location for over a decade and this is a HUGE improvement from just a couple of years ago when the world was struggling to get back to normal after Covid. Truly flawless service.
Quentin and Brian are the best guys in VW of Mall of GA. Whenever I stop by I am satisfied with them. Thanks again
