Waited for over 3 hours for an oil change that was scheduled for 9 am. Was told that my spark plugs are due for replacement even though the manual clearly states 80,000 miles not 40,000. No brake thickness measurement or tire depth measurements on the paperwork like previous free checks during a service. All of this after having to buy new tires somewhere else even though I had the extended tire and wheel road hazard warranty that cost $700.
