If I could give ZERO stars, I would. AutoNation Volkswagen Hilton Head broke my car and then acted like it was my problem. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2019, when I bought my 2016 R-Line Tiguan and have brought it here for almost every service. On 12/2, I went in for ONE thing: brake replacement. That’s it. No engine work. No additional repairs. They sent me their technician video with “recommended services” including my entire engine cover removed so they could upsell me on resealing my camshaft cradle. I declined every... read more
