Disappointed in the service this time. Had an 8:30 appt to drop off the car. Had not heard from the service sept by 2:30. Tried calling 7 times, no answer and no voicemail available to leave a message. Finally called the sales department who transferred us to the service dept. they were just about to test drive the car to see if they could replicate the issue of the tires pulling in the direction of a crease in the road. Nice customer service. Madelyn Was great to work with. Friendly, caring, welcoming, and honest. The videos they text you with cars recommendations provided by mechanic was also a nice touch. Service shop is nice, clean, with unlimited code and snakes for your wait.
I'm not pleased 💔 3 strikes and I'm done unless it's a recall and I have to go .
