Hilton Head Volkswagen delivered one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Scheduling was easy, check‑in was quick, and the service advisor took the time to walk me through the inspection results in a way that actually made sense. They kept me updated throughout the appointment and even sent a video of the technician’s inspection, which I really appreciated. Pricing was fair, and the quality of work was excellent. I left feeling confident my car was in great hands.
I thought I had a water issue with the back hatch of my 2017 Beetle and they tried everything to duplicate the issue but they couldn't. I appreciate their honesty and they told me to take a picture or a video if I encounter the issue again. Everyone was very nice and helpful. This was a 5-Star experience for me.
