Excellent service experience! Easy to schedule, confirmed appointment, easy checkin, reviewed items to complete, clean and comfortable waiting area with free coffee and snacks, out on time, price as agreed. Brendan is an outstanding service advisor, made the entire experience a pleasure.
I was in for a recall issue on my 2016 VW Golf GTI. After expressing initial concern about being able to complete the job on a Saturday Brendan Bowen made it happen. Great looking dealership s well.
