I bought both my 2019 Jetta brand new and maintenance has been a breeze. Great service excellent job car running great
This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with this dealership’s service department—and both times, it was the same technician working on my car. I brought it in for a simple oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. They used to provide a video walkthrough of the service, but that was no longer offered. Instead, I received 15 pointless photos of my car’s exterior—none showing tire tread, brake condition, or anything meaningful.
