What can I say about Will, my service representative. Will has been with me for the past years with my VW Passat to the very end. He's always informative, calm, and doesn't push. He explains the service needs very clearly. This time he helped with my oil change on my new VW Tiguan, which I bought only three months ago. I explained how dissappointed i was with the drive and that i was going to sell it, knowing full well how many thousands of dollars I would lose in doing so. The service staff here is very professional and polite. Came in for routine service and oil change. Car was finished and washed in a little over an hour. Would highly recommend.
I always have a great experience here, I feel each service member goes above and beyond, they ordered me a Lyft while my car had some recalls done. Thank you very much
