I’ve been to this location a few times a had good experiences each time. When I visited 3 weeks ago, the manager, Mark, invited everyone waiting in the lobby to have tacos with the staff in the bay. They were breaking for lunch and it was fun to talk with them and eat. Not the experience I thought I would have at a dealership, but one that was unexpected and delicious! I want to commend Val, Mark, & Polina for going above and beyond with my recent pre-owned vehicle purchase. I have friends that drive Volkswagen vehicles and while mine was a BMW I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next vehicle.
Was having issues after an oil change. The service center had plenty of availability. Super professionel and pleasant people to deal with. Kept me updated with texts and even videos throughout the whole process. Didn't overcharge and was reasonable with prices. Will definitely use this center for VW needs in the future.
