The purchase experience was fine. But the aftermath was a disappointment. When buying a car from AutoNation St. Louis, make sure you are happy enough with the car that you don’t need any follow up work. Make sure it does not require a return visit. Return visits and follow up maintenance are an afterthought for these guys. They want to move as many cars off the lot as possible and won’t fulfill their agreements.
