I had an incredible car-buying experience with Jacob Cano at AutoNation. From start to finish, Jacob was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and never made me feel pressured at any point in the process. Jacob had all the documents and car ready. Thirty minutes is all we spent at the dealership.
Not a person to write a review but I still can not get over the poor experience I had. My wife and I were extremely excited to look for a new car we've been wanting for a while. But the sales woman Bree, I believe. Was beyond unprofessional in many ways the way she was behaving and looked so unprofessional, the whole experience was shocking, from lack of knowledge, communication and customer service. We decided to take our business elsewhere. Autonation do better, the face of your business starts with your sales team.
I came in ready to buy a car, but my experience with the salesperson, Bree, was disappointing. Plus I saw the other reviews stating “stay away from said salesperson”. She came across as unprofessional both in appearance and attitude, which immediately raised red flags. On top of that, I was given way too many options without any clear guidance, and some of the information she shared about the vehicles turned out to be inaccurate. It left me feeling confused and unsure, so I decided to take my business elsewhere.
Abdul helped me out with my new m440. He didn’t get yelled at a lot for me. I got a really good deal.
Jonathan Thomas was excellent in providing assistance to help set up a deal! Car is great, honest salesmen, generally quick experience.
