We bought a 2015 ****** Prius from Autonation on 2/28/22 The salesperson said that we should be receiving the tags and an inspection sticker in about two weeks. Three weeks later, we received the title, but no tag or inspection sticker.We waited until the temporary tag expired. On 4/26/22 Called AutoNation several different times.Kept getting bumped to several departments without any resolution. Also left messages on the answering machine of the salesperson. They sell you a car and are so very nice. But when you sell your car and need to cancel warranties they give you the run around. It has been 8 weeks and no refund and no cancelation. They sell you something they never have any intention on giving you back. They push you in to extra items and basically steal your money.

Horribly rude and discriminatory towards the lower class earners. The sales person literally called me a complete zero and that's completely unacceptable. I don't care if buying my previous vehicles from private sales makes me a first time buyer, I will not stand for being called such from someone who's price gouging customers and disrespecting them.
