Purchased a car from here and so far so good: did my homework on the maintenance history and got a good price for its condition. Everything else was grossly disappointing. The sales process was slowed down to a grinding halt on a Saturday evening because they only had one competent and efficient finance manager working, who had to be called in (and also very pregnant) at the last minute as the other two finance managers were either too slow or too green to serve the customers. Good Luck receiving any documentation regarding a vehicle you have purchased. Spent over $100k with AutoNation in 2024 and it’s like pulling teeth in regards to purchase documents for one of the vehicles, not to mention Salesman that have no idea what’s going on answering the phone and telling you what they think you want to hear. Customer service is very poor across all AutoNation locations and seems to be a company trend. Steer clear of AutoNation if you enjoy a good mood.
This review is specifically for Ihab and the young man who was learning from him. They were excellent. The let me take all the time I wanted looking over the vehicle and answered all my questions. They were very respectful and professional...a quality I find lacking in most places these days.
