My experience at Auto Nation was very pleasant with Eishua my soles person. That's where it all ended. It took me 2 weeks to get delivery after I had paid a deposit; The car had a dent in the right rear door which they repaired. My experience with the so-called Warranty was not satisfactory at all. I want to amend a earlier review. It wasnt customer service that sucks. I was the management sales manager. I shoed up to pay cash for a truck $16303,52 . the manager being new he couldn't only get that amount from me. But the other person was fianacing the truck which means more money in the deal for them. I called Auto Nation and Nick slash Norman was the salesman that took the lead on a truck I seen on internet. He asked on friday if I could come to see the truck. I didnt have a way to get there till saturday when my sister could drive me over to sanford. We set appointment for 300 pm. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! If it were possible to give less than one star I would have!!!! I purchased from them July of this year….the car I purchased not even 6 months ago. I was told the car was in great condition, gone through an extensive service evaluation but that was actually a lie. DO NOT SELL YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS COMPANY. I submitted my vehicle information through Kelly Blue Book. The offer was for $10,400. I was contacted by Auto Nation. I explained to them that my husband was a disabled veteran and unable to drive. If I came there, I would have no way home. They said they would pay for an Uber. The purchase experience was fine. But the aftermath was a disappointment. When buying a car from AutoNation St. Louis, make sure you are happy enough with the car that you don’t need any follow up work. Make sure it does not require a return visit. Return visits and follow up maintenance are an afterthought for these guys. They want to move as many cars off the lot as possible and won’t fulfill their agreements. I spoke to them on a saturday and had no way to get up there when I found the KIA on line and I swear during the credit check and getting everything in order to sign the contract the follow monday and yes this is the God honest truth the price went up 1000 dollars from saturday morning to saturday afternoon .
