I had such a great experience buying my vehicle through AutoNation with John Gunter! As a mom of four kids, I needed the process to be quick and easy, and John made sure of that. Update #3 (hopefully my last one) I’m happy to say that the dealership made this right by accepting the original car back and cancelling the sale! They allowed us to start over instead of just trading in the car. Sadly, the battery died on the new vehicle the same day we drove it off the lot (seriously, if we didn’t have bad luck we would have no luck) but they agreed to reimburse us for that.
