My visit to this dealership was extremely disappointing. I purchased a truck from them and was informed that the vehicle needed some repairs. I was also told that the personnel responsible for loaners were not available due to it being the weekend. The salesman advised me to contact the dealership that Monday to inquire about getting a loaner until my vehicle was ready for pickup. I would have liked to have gotten more for my vehicle but I was ultimately satisfied with the offer.
The people were awesome! The offer was fair. The process was rediculous.
