Ozzy, made finding the exact car i was looking for incredibly easy and simple process even when hiccups arrived he never gave up even though there were many other customers he stayed until i was able to find the right car for me
I’ve bought a car from this dealership about 3 months ago.I still haven’t been updated on why I haven’t received my new registration, or if my title has been sent to my bank yet , my original salesman won’t pick up anymore and sends me straight to voicemail and won’t respond to my texts. The front desk won’t pick up either. I have now moved out of state due to being in the military and this process has been nothing but stressful, the communication is terrible !!!
