I bought a used Kia on Tuesday July 22. I picked the car up on the Wednesday. The button on the drivers door fell off on Sunday. I reported it on Monday. I was told I was over the warranty by one day. Ms. Garcia the sales Manager talked to the parts Manager and they said they would split the cost and charge me $135 to fix it . I just got a car and my experience was Wonderful. Carlos was very of courteous, kind and very helpful, my transaction was smooth and hassle free. Great staff, i will shop here again. I RECOMMEND IT.
