I was shocked as to how complicated it was to get a service appointment at AutoNation on Thornton Road as it is where I purchased my Camry in 2011 and have had serviced there each year since. Check your records !!!

My second experience with the service department was horrible. The service advisor did not communicate with me on the day I dropped off the truck. They refused to change the part out instead put in regular bulbs and told me it was ready. When I picked it up the bed of truck was open and the mileage was up from over the weekend. I truly believed that the staff member used my truck for moving items while my truck was supposed to be repaired. I would not recommend leaving your car overnight at AutoNation Toyota
