Service advisor was clearly only trying to sell work. 2 stars because I was able to speak with the tech and he gave good honest advice which was much more helpful in fixing my vehicle.
The sales team was incredibly helpful and everything went smoothly. This was our second vehicle from this particular lot and we love them! Highly recommend.
I called the auto nation number and made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived I was told I did not have an appointment with Toyota but with Volkswagen. I was told this was the call centers fault and they could not help me at Toyota. I went over to Volkswagen and was sent to Audi. I went to Audi and was told they could change my oil but would have to charge me and would not be able to use my Toyota Care. They also could not tell me the cost until the oil change was done. Have been going to AutoNation Toyota in the Valley for years and have always had a great experience! Customer service is awesome, services are reasonably priced and I have been happy with the services my cars have received there! Plan to keep going to them for years to come!
