Took my car in for routine service. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The service was easy to book online.
My check engine light came on and Brandon was able to get my Rav4 looked at very fast with no appointment! He called and let me know what was going on with it as soon as he knew and I appreciated that very much! Everyone I worked with was great. I have had many great experiences here and will continue to come back!

I was grateful for the coupon and the multi-point inspection. They did show me the engine air filter in one of the "suggestion pictures" which I had just cleaned so that seemed a little suspicious that they were trying to indicate I needed to have the filter cleaned or changed. They did point out my battery is on the last leg of its life which was helpful.
Very professional. Kept me updated about my upcoming services and throughout the service experience. I arrived almost an hour early for my appointment and they got me right in. The service was completed almost 45 min. earlier than agreed upon. Amazing! Quality of the installation and service was top notch. Customer service was excellent as always. The only thing I miss is the complementary wash. My car was recently washed but they used to do this back when I bought my 1st Corolla.
