On time as per the scheduled appointment. All works completed on time as committed. The estimate was accurate for the service. Excellent support in explaining the process of the service and time would be taken. The customer waiting lobby was very good to take business meeting while waiting for my car. This is my 1st time buying a vehicle totally on my own. I'm 60+ years. Everyone there helped me feel at ease, no pressure. They explained everything, helped me through the paperwork, and had some laughs through it all. I had some lights come on 2 weeks after the purchase. I called my salesman, who had me come back and they checked everything out immediately. They wanted my experience to be positive and it was. The only drawback is that I'm 2 hours away.
