AUTO NATION doors opened at 0700. Ethan checked me in for 10,000 mile service, escorted me to waiting area. Everything was clean and nice. In 15 minutes I received a text, video showing the techs working on my car , while narrating the process. Almost as impressive as my next text , which said my car was ready and waiting in the parking lot. Wow what a great way to do business. Did I mention the 10,000 mile service was free? Best price in town. Thank you Toyota.
Photo on the top marks all over, picture on the bottom looks as it should. Defective tonneau cover but AutoNation didnt wanna fool with it. Claimed I "was sliding things on it". 2 time customer, first ever issue and I received little to no help. Truck is only 6 months old, under 12k miles.
Service at this dealership is TOP NOTCH! Shannon in service department is the best advisor and takes care of all issues with care and customer in mind !
