People were helpful and nice. It went quickly.
1 star with recent visit, - No upfront itemized repair estimation. - 2% credit card transaction fees starting soon. I visited for the Neutral Safety Switch replacement. With their mandatory transmission diagnosis (which should be waved with the repair), I was quoted an estimation of $1700 without an upfront itemized service list. This was significantly higher than the $600 range I expected for the switch replacement even at the dealer. AutoNation Toyota-Libertyville is the best place to purchase a used or new vehicle! Service is impeccable . My service agent, Mauricio is terrific overall performance. By the way, they can also provide after warranty insurance for used cars! Better than the companies on the internet etc.
