Last Saturday, I arrived for my scheduled oil change appointment at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg. Despite having a reservation, I waited an hour to check in and an additional two hours for the service to be completed. This raises concerns about the effectiveness of the online reservation system given such extended wait times.
Great experience! Fuad was patient and allowed my son to thoroughly inspect the truck and answered all of his questions. We would gladly do business here again.
Great service
Brought my RAV4 since new to me here. Just a normal oil change this time but also had to diagnose two issues that were easily resolved w/o any additional cost. Easy to schedule online for service and I had to change it b/c of snow forecast from AM to PM. Lando (Orlando) Lopez was great - tried to fix one of the issues before the tech even picked it up. Took longer than expected mainly b/c of the weather they had a lot of cars for service. Nice, renovated waiting area. So after COVID, car service or anything car is not cheap.... read more
The service and attention are first class. Emily, the Service Advisor, was great to work with. Will be returning here more often.
