Service advisors have a very bad attitude always and not trained at all to serve the customer needs. They always give you a very weird answer and totally nonsense. I don't know if it is only this dealership or other ones too but I always end up having a bad experience. These service advisors really needs to be trained well before they come front of the customer and know what they are doing. They just give a statement type of answer and does not explain why to a question. They also don't know that Costco has a 15% off service... read more

Unfortunately, Did not feel as welcomed at this dealership as I have at others. Even though service desks were manned and not on phones etc. I finally just walked over to a counter and said I had an appointment. There was still no feeling of "Great"-just basic info requested and -go see A__, down there-she is your advisor. In my opinion, all the advisors gave me the impression they were there for a job-not to share good customer service.

Chris, my service advisor, provided me great timeliness and service. He provided a loaner and his service is exceptional. My Sienna was fixed and back to new. Great team of advisors and mechanics.
