Can’t complain given the location. Even with making an appt for an oil change it was a 2 hour wait. Manuel was sweet I left my receipt and he so kindly emailed it to me.
I came in for an oil change and the bad experience I had doesn’t even need to be mentioned because Will stepped up, above and beyond to make it right and now my trust is restored. I only use Toyota locations to care for my car, and Will made sure that the service I love to count on was kept sacred. I will be back. Val worked with me from start to finish and I’m even grateful for Mr. James kindness and professionalism during the shuttle service. Thank you Will, Val and James.
