I bought a 2025 Camry Hybrid SE, I had to have one of the black strips on the roof replaced, They called me and said the part was in and made me an appointment for 8:00 . I arrived ay 7:45. They did not finish my car until 9:45. Two hours for a job that could not have taken 1 minute to do. I think that anyone would agree that that was absolutely terrible service.
