Toyota service for a simple oil change was outstanding. Prompt; clear communication and left with what to expect at the next 15K mile service.

Every time I take my Highlander for service, i feel they did a good job on the requested service and on timely time.
Only because there Service sucks undercoat never got finished a panel underneath not done. Backup camera is off . My front end suspension was never greased and alignment was off so fist set of tires didn't even last a year. I used to go in for service. I had truck washed $200 for deatil and came back dirty with a dent. There guys that actually do the service just run thru the vehicle's in a hurry.
