While the customer service representative was responsive regarding communication, the delay in performing the service and the lack of thorough diagnostics are responsible for the low rating. Simple electrical system diagnostics took nearly ten days to complete. Perhaps this was due to a lack of trained personnel. I will not be using this shop for maintenance in the future.
Gregory did an awesome job as my Service Advisor. I had an oil change and tire rotation. The video created by the Mechanic during the service was very informative. Thank you.
The service advisor Christian Pena was excellent. He provided a time estimate before the service was done that was accurate, but that is the one issue we had, 2 and half hours for an oil change and tire rotation is way to long. The other issue was our car smelled of body odor when we got in. Everything else was excellent.
