Terrible service. Plan on bringing lunch because the wait for service is 1 1/2 to 2 hours minimum. They don't tell you this until the 1/2 hours wait to check in for your appointment which is useless to make. Go elsewhere. I had an appointment for 11 AM and there were so many people stuck there with no transportation the the lobby was full of angry people who felt their time was wasted.
