I would have originally rated this experience 1 star, but after returning on March 5, 2026 David Park made a sincere effort to correct the situation and ensure my experience was significantly better than my initial visit on Tuesday March 3, 2026 I had a very disappointing experience that ultimately resulted in me leaving the dealership in tears after an interaction with the sales manager, Angel. 오늘 10시45분에 당일 예약하고 써비스센타에 방문을했고 입구에서 예약 확인하고 기다리고 있었는데 11시쯤 동양인 남자가 몇시에 예약했냐고 해서 10시45분에 당일 예약했다고 하니 자기가 같지고있는 pc에 확인이 안된다고 했습니다 그리고는 저에게 안에가서 계시라고 해서 안에 들어가 있는데 접수 처리을 하는것 같아 기다리고있어는데 드라이라이센스 달라고 해서 주고 집주소 확인하고 나서 서비내용이 쓰여있는 종이 보여주셔서 보니 금액이 $402돈을 내야하는 것을보고 이것이 무엇이냐 나는 5000마일 서비스를 받으로 왔는데 이러는 과정에서 저는 한국 사람으로 영어을 잘못하는관계로 대화가 잘 안되었는데 그분이 저에게 영어 할수있는분 안계시냐고 하는 대화과정에 그분의 억양이 매우 불친절하고 영어을 못하는것이 네가 자존심이 많이많이 아팠어요 참고로 현제 제차는 2026년 camly se이고마일리는8600입니다. 그래서 제가 그냥 나는 서비스를 안받고 돌아가겠다고하였는데도 계속 큰소리로 나를 야단 치듯이 무엇이라고 하였습니다 그래서 저는 그냥 차을 가... read more

Poor, Toyota is charging 2.5% credit card fees to clients and will not refund tariff taxes even though they have been ruled unconstitutional. Oil change cost $130 at toyota of buena park. Filing a complaint with California Attorney General., California Department of consumers and the federal trade commission.

Advertised full inspection service, has options on their website for non Toyota vehicles to be serviced and got a really rude call saying "this is toyota??" Very demeaning and not necessary, if you only service toyota then dont have options to select other vehicles on yhe intake form.
