I got very poor service By one of the service advisors named Marilynn she just had a really bad attitude from the beginning And while my truck was there my windows got left open in the rain and my truck got damaged And was pretty much told that there’s nothing they could do about it so I had to take it somewhere else and pay out-of-pocket to get it fixed.
Hi there, I came to Toyota Buena Park about two months ago because I had a nail in my tire. I was struggling with the Toyota location closer to me in Anaheim due to poor customer service. At Toyota Buena Park, the experience was completely different. They provided excellent customer service and processed my warranty quickly — everything was handled within minutes. Great service department
Had appointment for 7am. Did not meet with rep till 725. Was quoted $650 for side step, ended up costing over $800. Didn't find that out till it was installed, and saw final paperwork! Would have like to have been told, before installation.
