Service Rep Manny answered all my questions and concerns. Wait time was within the scope of service. I would recommend.
Not impressed with their service. Took us 3 hours to pay all cash for a truck. Would not even throw in the missing floor matts
Received notice of a recall on air bag for my Matrix and made appointment to take it in. The service dept people were immediately "present" for me and very helpful/pleasant. I wanted to wait there and was told me it would take about 2 hours - and it did exactly. It was a perfect experience.
Bought our 16' Highlander here and have had all servicing done at the dealership. They do a great job. They take care of the customer to ensure your vehicle is serviced in a timely and thorough manner. Definitely recommend this dealership for all your auto needs.
We have always gone to this dealer and had a great experience. Until last month when my lease was up and I was there to complete the buy-out process. I was charged a $500 vehicle inspection fee. This is ridiculous, as it was not stated in the contract. All the salesman could say is “that change was implemented two years ago and there was nothing they could do about it.” No effort whatsoever from their end.
