They need to learn how to be professional and courteous to their clients and not be a racist and tell scheduled client that the service will be an overnight service lol an overnight service, can you believe it ? When I had my appointment already set up ahead of time and it was not even in a weekend. Very rude the guy almost came in my face I had tell him to back off. And never apologetic.

The sales department was fantastic Kristian in particular. However the service department is by far the worse. I was first told taking my 2020 Tacoma TRD off-road on any off-road terrain would void my warranty, only for that to be corrected by Toyota corporate. I still have yet to have this resolved. AutoNation Toyota returned my truck to me with the skid plate off my vehicle and has yet to call me back to get this issue resolved. I want in with my Prius because of a tire with a slow leak it was an incredibly busy Saturday. They got it back to me in a timely fashion and didn’t charge me for fixing the tire.

Everyone is courteous and ready to help, I had 2 Services done so far, One was a schedule maintenance service and the second Was A recall. My only concerns about a courtesy car wash, When did it stop ??? Other than that service is great.
