Fidel was excellent at explaining options and keeping me up to date on progress of service. Service was going to take most of the day and I was given a loaner at no cost I would really appreciate it if you would run the vehicle through the wash, esp after a $1300 bill.
From arrival to end, the staff and service were of a professional standard. Thank you!
To expensive
I really can't overstate how great the service at AutoNation Subaru West. Not only did they fix my requested repairs quickly and correctly, but worked with us on a airbag light issue that required a new seat bottom where the service manager, Shane, was able to get Subaru to pay for. They really go above and beyond.
