My purchase of my 2002 VW passat last week was a good one overall. The car looked solid and well maintained and after the small test drive I was confident that I would chose the car. However, I knew that there were a few kinks with the vehicle. Its got 140,000 miles on it which is old and obviously something may go wrong soon or later.
