Overpriced and under educated!! They wanted $1000 dollars for a part that is available online for $286. Both parts being OEM. They also wanted $127 to replace a bolt. The advisor was no help at all. She admitted she knows nothing about the parts and could not explain the difference in pricing. This is my second debacle I have had with an Auto Nation service center. I will never be back.
I can’t thank AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley enough for their excellent service! I had my 8 month old and 2 year old daughters with me while getting our Outback looked at. I was very happy to see that they had a kid area where my oldest could color, watch movies, and eat snacks. Two older gentlemen who work there, were so kind with making sure my daughters were in good spirits. Nap time was unfortunately missed and tantrums were starting. Just an oil change; but always treated with respect and care. Answered my questions regarding next service milestone. I always appreciate this service department. It’s always a pleasure to take my Suburu into this dealer.
