Didn't give me a good deal on my cruze so we decided to take our business else where and they owe me a xl pizza with a 2 liter soda cause they broke my hood latch and a clean car detailed inside and out. *I'll post this on the volkswagen as well*. Plus they owe me some inserts and frames x4 or x8 of each.
Got my oil changed. It was quick and easy, they even had snacks and drinks while I waited. The staff was really nice too
Worst customer service in the area. They give trade-in estimates thousands less than the competition. For example they gave me a quote for 3k for my truck, i went to 2 different places and ended up getting 6k for it cash. I'm currently happy that I bought from CarMax and not Autonation, and I will make sure everyone knows Autonation of Spokane are scam artists. No wonder Autonation nationwide has a 2.1 star rating.
See my previous review. (Even if ya dont look) Dont bother going ANYWHERE else. This place has the best parts dept. From here to seattle, and the best prices on the parts.
