This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with the car dealership and getting my car repaired
AutoNation Subaru has exemplary service and sales people. I usually have to bring in my yorkie when we have service and he is always received with kind words! The service staff is very willing to work with us on the maintenance schedule. We do not live in Spokane so the is a major trip for us but we feel that this company is well worth the travel!!!
Shout out to Jack, who is a new salesman at Subaru! We showed up at 6:30 pm on a Wednesday, and purchased our first Subaru. After looking at three different models, we settled on a Forester because we like to sit up higher in our vehicles. We were really leaning towards the premium Forester, but unfortunately, all they had were hybrids on the lot.And it would have taken two days to get the car here to the valley. Service was fast and friendly! My representative kept me informed of the progress of my service. The service manager was up front and making sure everything was going smoothly for each of the customers.
They are always kind. My car is happy when it leaves their service dept.
