Our sales person Phebe was terrific. She showed us what we asked to see, laid out the cost and started completion of the sale in less than a half-hour.
Have purchased vehicles and had service from this dealer. All experiences have so far been great. **Update** If you have a dash cam in your vehicle, and you take your vehicle in for service, they will disconnect it before service. I lost 2 weeks of recording following service before I realized what they did. Make sure you check following service. I guess they don't want us to see or hear what they are doing.
Great buying experience. Phebe didn’t pressure us at all, she just answered all of our questions via email and text and allowed us to go through the process at our own pace. We could have bought the exact same car at a different dealer for the same price but we really enjoyed dealing with Phebe and the rest of the team at Autonation. It was a completely different experience than we’ve had buying any other vehicle.
I had to bring my Subaru in for repair, unfortunately. Jacob and Mandy were both professional and attentive during the 2 weeks it took to get an approval from my warranty and do the repair. They provided me with a loaner car and updated me each step of the way and in the end, it cost me $0 and I drove away with a smile on my face. I will be back.
