COMMUNICATE SUCKS! BAD!! TERRIBLE. I do not like the AI Ari, because IT was bugging me thoughout my vacation, like it was an emergency inspecion on my Subaru Outback, it was just a frigen oil change. Man did that piss me off big time. Communication with service I could NEVER get though to see if my car's 1.5 hour oil change was finish 3 hours past the time... I came in short notice because the TCV on my '21 Forester Sport threw a code and was covered under the extended Subaru Warranty. They were easy to work with and timely. I knock off a star because my car now has a weird smell and I feel like they did something to my door.
Came to this location for the first time to get my oil changed and the staff were super nice!
Waited a bit for attention, but they were very busy. Work was well done and the gentleman who helped me was personable and very helpful. I've been using Subaru for a long time.
Terrific car and service! Over and zbovd expectations!
