Easy to schedule. Easy check in. Nice video from the technician after service was done. Service Advisor, Joel, was fantastic as usual. Nice big clean waiting room.

The service department is always friendly, informative, and professional. Joel does an excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress on the service and explains all the charges incurred.
The automated phone service system is straight garbage. Just keeps you on hold until you hang up eventually. I was "10th in queue" for........ ever. Sadly, Subaru has pushed automated customer service and put more employees on sales, like most manufacturers.
