A 6k mile oil change and inspection plus gas fill up courtesy of their sales dept when we bought the car and repair desk said they’d wash it. Picked it up, gas not filled, car not washed,. They filled tank but waited 20 minutes. Received inspection via email, all green/good to go. Opened hood when I got home and wiper fluid cap not on reservoir and fluid non existent. What else did they miss, truly disappointing.

Bryan and Heather have provided excellent customer service, and because of them, I will continue to have my car serviced at this location, and ultimately, purchase another new car here. Their professionalism and care for their customers are what makes my experience exceptional.
Simple oil change. Should have taken 20 minutes. There is No WAY to excuse an oil change prescheduled days earlier for very first thing in the AM to take an hour and forty minutes. None.
Absolutely amazing service! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I look forward to getting my oil changed because I know i will be taken care of.
