Our 2023 Subaru Ascent went to AutoNation Subaru Hilton Head for a new battery after waking up to one that was dead without warning. The service department got us in and back on the road in about 40 minutes, which meant plugging us into their already full schedule. Our car even got a free car wash while we waited! We feel that every service appointment is a visit with family, where the coffee is good and you even get a treat!
Drop off very easy and convenient. Charles is the best — friendly, very organized, good communication — keeps the client updated, and explains details and options very well. Checkout easy. Vehicle washed.
The visit was nice Brandon who was my service advisor was pleasant, he explained recommendations the service team had that I didn't understand wonderfully. My children were offered popcorn by one of the managers, can't remember his name, but his energy was great. I did go on a Saturday and my routine maintenance was pretty quick which was awesome, before my children could say they were bored we were leaving.
