Awesome job by the service department to get my car back on the road in just one day. Dropped my Forester off in the morning and was able to pick it up that evening. There was a fair amount of work that needed to be completed but they put in a long day to get it done. There was family and I were able to take our planned holiday travels. Brandon was great from arrival to pick up. He let me know what the issues were, shared solutions and kept me updated throughout the day. I am rating my experience on November 22, 2025. My Subaru Outback had a recall. When I called to schedule the appointment, the guy said 2 hours wait time. Well he was correct it took around 2 hours. They got my vehicle into service promptly and I feel I was in and out. I even got a complimentary car wash. The service guy was friendly and knowledgeable. I have been to this dealership before and was not impressed. This time, I had a good experience.
