Service at the Subaru store was great. I arrived and was greeted by a representative and was quickly signed in and provided what services were being completed that day. The customer Lounge was clean and provided light snacks and refreshments. The representative did their best to provide quality service.
Alexis was great. He let me know step by step. App the issues were addressed and when they found a surprise they fixed it for free! Thanks Subaru!
Filip was really nice and took care of my car. Even though there was 2 and half hours of waiting they give me right away their car to use while I had to wait mine.
Josie lead the charge of the team that provided a seamless experience. She made sure my questions were answered and never left me guessing if I was in good hands. And she had the same dedicated team backing her up. I can’t wait for my next Scheduled Maintenance cause it’s going to feel like it’s Christmas.
