Two years ago I was on my way to buy a Porsche, but I bought a Subaru Imrpeza RS. Wide-track, super solid feel, All Wheel Drive, Subaru's stellar reputation for safety and reliability, and all of Auto Nation's personnel, made my decision a good one. The car drives, feels and performs better than a BMW 540 or any of the Mercedes I have driven in the past several years. Norma is my service advisor, has me in and out in less than 2 hours, in a waiting room more like a library with coffee and snacks. What's not to LOVE !!
Friendly staff, great communication and updates
I always receive excellent service and care at Subaru AutoNation in Carlsbad. I recently needed an unexpected emergency car service. My car was towed in and Alexis worked the diagnosis into their full schedule. Alexis provided timely updates on my car, and when it became apparent the car would need to stay for additional time due to a faulty sensor, completely covered under warranty, he provided a loaner vehicle while the repair was completed. Thank you!
