After taking my car to the dealer three times and a body shop once I am finally under repair. A bit frustrating and not understanding why it took three visits sorted out having said that I’m pleased that the fact that they’re moving ahead so it’s hard for me to give five stars.
I was able to schedule a next day appointment! Filip was fantastic to work with. Intake/drop off was a breeze, was greeted almost right away and waited less than 5min to be greeted by my service advisor. Was provided a shuttle free of charge back to my residence. I love that everything from communication, to updates is done via text. I’m unable to step away from work to take frequent calls, so I love being able to hear updates and recommendations directly from the mechanics/techs.
