We arrived at our appointed time to find our service advisor was out on a family emergency. Fortunately, the service manager, John, stepped in saved us from having to reschedule. We appreciated John's advice. He was straightforward about the pros and cons of various repairs and repair time. it turned out to be a smooth and timely process. Thanks.

I make the extra long drive to the Carlsbad/AutoNation Subaru service department because the service and communication are excellent. I needed a new battery (after 5 years), so took my 2021 Outback in for service. My service advisor, Eric, did a fantastic job assessing what was needed, explaining each service, and even helping me pick the best coupon for the work completed. I’ve taken my car to this Subaru dealership several times, and they have consistently been professional and efficient. When it came to troubleshooting and repairs, the work was handled quickly and thoroughly. I also got a second opinion on the cost for axle work and the EV battery system, and their pricing was competitive. I’ve had great interactions with my service representative. My service appointment at AutoNation Subaru Carlsbad was flawless. I was met with a smile and then directed to my service attendant Eric. Eric was a perfect reflection of what this location offers. He was informative, quick, and efficient. I left out the most important detail, Eric met me with a smile. This was actually my whole experience with the Carlsbad location.
