The process of booking and checking was great. Everything went down hill after that. Service communication was poor in fact the worst I have ever received at a dealership. The multi point inspection resulted in a $10,00 estimate for a car worth half that. I came in to get warning lights taken off only to find out that would require a CV control body replacement at a cost of $2500. I won’t be coming back and I’m searching for where the technicians that used to work at Bob Baker Subaru went after it was sold. Last 2 visits were shoddy work - first visit my AC was disconnected when replacing an e fine gasket. - latest time was over tires. Got a flat in the am with EXCELLENT service from AAA to get me on the road. I should have gone to discount tire, but needed an oil change and had a loose connection in a tail light that needed fixing (2nd time).
