Great experience at AutoNation Nissan Tempe Service! I’ve always gone to a different Nissan dealership for service and it was good, but always took longer than initially quoted. I love recently and AutoNation Nissan Tempe is a lot closer for me. They had a pretty good deal on oil change, tire rotation, and inspection so I made an appointment. Great Customer Service by Amanda (Service Advisor) she kept me informed of my cars progress and estimated the time for 2 hours. She texted me just at the 2 hour mark and my car was ready as promised and they also washed the exterior of the car.
I recently had an oil change done at the AutoNation service department, and the experience was great. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and everything was explained clearly. I appreciate the good customer service and will definitely return for future maintenance.
