Staff excellent. Concerned about no resolution to my mpg decrease of 10 mpg. All driving conditions exactly the same as previously. This can't be normal.

A huge shout out to my Service Advisor Richard, who checked me in on March 28th. After being on the road on the east coast for over a month, I presented my personal time constraints to Richard, who took the time to listen, check with his service techs, and he was able to get me in and out in less than an hour. This was way above the call of duty. Their service waiting lobby was comfortable and clean with free coffee and water while you wait.
I took my Nissan Murano in for service Amanda is a true Gem.!! Her Professionalism and transparency is nothing but outstanding. Your Service Department in my opinion will continue to be top notch because of Amanda.!! Thank you
