Took my car and they did an excellent job really took care of me. They were transparent with the service they were gonna provide, and I am truly happy with my decision to go.
This place had my car over night for a total of 24 + hours! Told me there was 9000 plus worth of issues. When all I asked for was an oil change. Decided to take my car to someone more familiar and was told everything was FINE! Then I get a call from Nissan asking me if I'd just rather upgrade my vehicle. Like what a freaking joke! Messing with ppls life's like that! Smh
Actually purchased vehicle from a neighboring lot. Brought it to them to have a "recall" issue delt with. I was informed they couldn't help me and suggested I go next door. At the Nissan Dealership, Kody was most helpful. He listened to my situation and asked if I had any other car concerns. I vented to him I wasn't happy to have paid over $600 dollars during a service for an oil change. It was an oil pan issue which too really should be listed as a "recall" problem. I told my friends each time I get a oil change at Nissan dealership, my car is returned clean , vacuumed & SMELLS REALLY GOOD. I’m very happy with such good service for me & my car.
