Excellent service department. Friendly staff. I took my M37 there after receiving a coupon for a great discount and glad I did because I would not have known about Infiniti Tustin.
Made a reservation for a lift gate problem on my qx60 2 weeks in advance. Two days after I dropped it off they still hadn’t looked at it. The service manager informed me they were overwhelmed because they are the smallest dealership in Orange County and only had three technicians and probably wouldn’t get to it for a few more days. If you need service don’t go there.
Service was great! Gabriel was awesome!! AutoNation Infiniti Service should hire more people like him.
