The service department at AutoNation Subaru in Carlsbad was outstanding! Tyler was very thorough explaining the service process and provided excellent customer service!
Engine light comes on LESS than 24 hr after having a vehicle serviced at this specific location. Didn’t arrive at the service appointment with an engine light on. Incredibly upsetting, very disappointing. Unable to pass a smog test because of this unbelievable, nonsense. Never Again!
I left my FX35 all day at the dealership for an alignment and the Service department did not even perform a multi-point inspection. When they dropped off my car they parked it and left the vehicle in drive. 2 stars for washing it. Thank you.
