Exceptional service from Hunter. He took tremendous care of me, & and professionally answered all my questions, as well as giving me a great price on my Infiniti.
Joel is absolutely amazing. The best advisor I’ve ever had. He is thorough knowledgeable respectful kind and always keeps me in the loop. He’s the best the best the best also I really appreciated the mechanics update on my vehicle and what needed to be done. Best experience all around, very grateful and will come back to Joel.
My experience at Toyota of Cerritos was great. My salesman was Vincent and he was great he got me hooked up with some benefits that made purchasing worth it. I would recommend him for any first time or experienced car buyers. Although i couldn’t haggle the price down on a used vehicle they have been great help and taken well care of me.
We bought a used Infiniti from another AutoNation dealership and immediately had mechanical issues with it. After attempting repairs the original dealership referred us to Tustin as they were not an Infiniti dealer/repair facility. The team at Tustin was great to work with and went above and beyond with the warranty company to get our car repaired. Communication was frequent and kept us up to date.
