I needed tires but got a nail in one of them. I called Joel and he was able to get me a set of 4 tires the same day. Every other place I called had to order them. Always great service here!
The staff were very enthusiastic and provided detailed introductions. We thought it would take a long time to confirm buying the car, but we didn't expect to confirm it in half an hour! This is a great experience
Checked in early and was greeted right away. There was a misquote in my scheduled service pricing and manager honored lower pricing. Vehicle was done on time and washed. :)
Service representative was knowledgable in advising what service was needed. He was flexible and addressed the request of doing service needed at 75K miles and 70K miles as my car odometer showed 73K. He advised the timing of the readiness of the car when it will be ready after service accurately and delivered on time. Overall, its a good experience.
This is the second time Joel has helped me from Infinity to resolve issues with my car in a timely professional and efficient manner. The last time he held to dealing with my insurance company and this time with the extended warranty company to assure that the best cost efficient solutions.
