I purchased my vehicle at auto nation Tustin and when I did they told me it came with a complimentary oil change so when the time came I took it in and they were playing games that it didn’t come with an oil change I had to argue with them to honor the oil change so they did the oil change and when I got in my car it was full of motor oil door steering wheel center console I told the worker and he wiped it down but I wasn’t happy I go home and I hear a loud noise coming from under the car the mechanic left everything loose u... read more
Very expensive repairs but not surprising for an 11-1/2 year old car. My previous shop should have caught some of them last visit but, well, that's why I'm not going back to that one. The great thing about Tustin Infiniti was that they video'd everything that needed work. Loaner was great! We need the car to last a couple more years and I'm confident it will.
The service department at AutoNation Subaru in Carlsbad was outstanding! Tyler was very thorough explaining the service process and provided excellent customer service!
Engine light comes on LESS than 24 hr after having a vehicle serviced at this specific location. Didn’t arrive at the service appointment with an engine light on. Incredibly upsetting, very disappointing. Unable to pass a smog test because of this unbelievable, nonsense. Never Again!
