AWFUL!! I canceled my warranty a few days after a dealership sold me a new truck (which had issues) not only have they pushed the process away from the dealership making the customer go to a 800 # but they DELAY your refund on purpose for MONTHS!! After emails back and forth and then calling they still haven’t sent my money. They are making interest off my money while I’m going without. This company like every other car company is sleazy and under handed.
I wouldn't do business with autonation. They lied to me about being able to sell my car. The title has both mine and my deceased mother's name on it. Drove three hours just to be told my mother has to sign for me to sell it, and the death certificate doesn't matter because the word AND wasn't between our names-which is what I specifically asked before making the trip. Man even Autonation corporate does not get back to you. This level of incompetence, goes all the way to the top. I am always told someone will definitely call me back, guess what??? They never do. I can express enough, how much I despise this company.....GEEZ!!!! Quick update. I called corporate again, and was told I would definitely hear back from someone today. ...and guess what???? This is a commendation, long overdue, for Stan Jones, who has been a loyal and successful salesman for Ford Motor Company for 44 years. Most recently he is doing his amazing work at the Miami FL location of what was once Sunshine Ford, then Maroone Ford and is now AutoNation. Stan sold us our new Ford Explorer in 1996, then in 2013 he sold us our Hybrid Ford Fusion. Many years passed, we moved to Sebring, and we bought another Fusion hybrid in 2019 (a Titanium), based on how much we loved the 2013 model. Still have it and it... read more
I’ve called close to 30 times, promised calls back that I have never gotten, been hung up on numerous times. They call slam like crazy.
