Purchased a certified 2019 Mercedes Benz from this miserable dealership. Less than 35 days of taking delivery of this vehicle it began to overheat and pour coolant everywhere from the bottom of the vehicle, rendering it useless. Essentially a $32,000.00 paper weight. August 18, 2024 we went to Autonation Volkswagen in Buford Ga and our salesman showed us online a 2018 Kia Optima that belonged to Autonation Hyundai in Buford Ga. We told our salesman whose name i think is Micheal that I have a special needs brother who has cerebral palsy who lives with us and we need a dependable car. My work truck has been in the shop under warranty for a transmission issue since June 10th of this year. As of now it is July 22nd and there is still not a transmission in my Chevrolet Silverado hybrid because the service department can't tell or differentiate VIN numbers to tell what each vehicle is equipped with. As this is 8 speed auto. Jeremy the GM that first talked to me is now no longer employed by AutoNation USA Kennesaw. The new GM Mark give me the news that it's going to be another two weeks so we're looking at aug... read more
