Ed in the service department was awesome! He did everything he could to keep costs down and was SO NICE. I had bad experiences there before a few years ago and he made it so much better. I would definitely have your car serviced there. It wasn’t that much more than a private mechanic.
Ed and Juan went above and beyond helping my dad (81years old). My dad's car broke down coming over the grapevine. Both of these gentlemen took great care of my dad and his car. The overall experience dealing with Autonationhas been a breath of fresh air during a trying experience. Thank you gentlemen and thank you Autonation! Sometimes good people make a terrible experience well worth it. This experience is one of those times. Thank you all!!!
Terrific customer service and a speedy delivery. I just brought my Ioniq5 in for general service. Pedro was very informative and pleasant. The work was completed much faster than the quoted time as well. Great experience!
Bladimir was my service rep he always take the time to explain the service that will be done to my car, the service department dose an excellent job every time I bring my car in.
