They have helped me with multiple services visits ranging from maintenance service, recalls, and to extended warranty claims. Sometimes they are a little busy, but the staff is friendly to respond if you query about status of your service.
Always a good experience. Ed is always very helpful
First time visitors for service at this Valencia Hyundai dealership. Recently moved to the area within the past 6 months. Needing service for yearly maintenance check on vehicle. Easy booking experience. Friendly staff and reasonable pricing for an oil change and tire rotation. Car wash was also included which was unexpected but welcome. Will be coming back for future service.
There has been large turn over in customer facing personnel and Vlad was missed. The new crew did a good job.
