I just may never buy another Hyundai. My 2025 Hyundai needed a jump weeks ago and I made an appointment to take the car into the service center. At that time, I was told I need a diagnostic and that I could text my service advisor to see where the queue was prior to the appointment. I scheduled the diagnostic appointment for today and text my advisor two days ago to see where the queue was PER HIS ADVISEMENT on the last appointment. Engine air filter housing was left open. Housing was not seated properly causing one of the four snaps to be undone.
