Excellent service and prompt with my issue Battery issue was solved
Was greeted promptly despite arriving early. Concerns were listened to and addressed. Vehicle maintenance was completed in a timely fashion and vehicle was returned cleaner than when it was brought in.
Can I give less than one star? Seriously, this has been simply the most chaotic and ridiculous situation ever. I recommend communicating entirely via text or email, because they will lie straight to your face. Unless there is "evidence" they will tell you they never said that. Just the shadiest and weirdest people ever. Looking for good customer service? Well this location is not for you! To start, we just bought a brand new Sante Fe at the Hyundai in Peoria. And yes, I do know each dealership is owned separately. But the service center works with Hyundai as a whole so it should not matter that we bought the car at a different location. The Sante Fe that has only been owned for a month has some issues with the overhead display and dash display. Took my '13 Genesis Coupe in for the ABS recall. I actually went in on the wrong day but they were able to work me in without a problem. This recall normally takes 2 visits to make sure they get the right part needed for the specific car, but they actually had the correct part for my car and had me in and out in < 90 minutes. Even washed the car, which badly needed it. :-) Added months later... It turns out that they did NOT do the recall update back in January, though I was told they did.
