My service advisor Jonathan is amazing. I truly appreciate his kindness. He listens and cares about his customers. 👍🏿 👍🏿 for him. My car began to shut down while I was driving, took it over to AutoNation and they checked all areas of my car, identified the issue and got it done. Ashley was very nice and respectful and tried very hard to sync my new fob with my vehicle. She apologized that it didn’t work. The biggest problem that I had was that somebody put a scratch in my passenger front door. I had only had the car a couple weeks And it had already had a clear protective coating for the paint before I picked up the car from Infiniti of Scottsdale.
