Service was very good. It took a while but not bad. I gave only 4 stars because they needed to order parts for me otherwise everything was good 5 stars. Max was great.
I had a great experience. Mark was very kind and patient with me. He explained all the functions and answered all my questions. He explained patiently the functions I still didn’t comprehend. Not once did he make me feel like I’m being incompetent. Thank you, Mark, for your kindness.
