I had an incredible experience working with Alichia Russ. She was very knowledgeable and could answer any and all questions. She worked hard to help me get to an out the door price that I was happy with. She went to bat for me and went back and forth with the manager until we settled on a deal we were happy with. I bought a Niro on 18th.. I had it for 20 minutes when I noticed a tech issue.. Took it back to get checked out.. Today is the 26th, I'm still waiting.. Aside from the long wait, the brew have been fantastic. :D
