Max from the Service Department was AMAZING. Just a really honest dude, from the jump he kept to his word and kept me in the loop. Then when he had to give the bad news of repair costs, he made sure to explain the reasoning for his suggestion. He set up a plan for future maintenance to keep the car running smooth and didn't try to run up a bill when the opportunity was there. I have the upmost respect for that. My Autonation of Tempe service advisor, Max Moon, as always, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable during my visit a few days ago. After Max texted me when three ordered parts arrived for my Elantra, I was able to quickly obtain an appointment that fit my schedule. While I was prepared to hang out in their comfortable waiting area for a long time, I was in and out in two hours--including a car wash. When I deal with Max at Autonation, I always know my vehicles are in good hands.
As always, when I have to bring my car in, it's a good experience. Always met by a service manager, the waiting area is clean with coffee, tea, and popcorn available.
On 01/06/2026, I took my car in for its routine scheduled maintenance. It was very busy that day. My service advisor, Max Moon, kept me advised of my car’s service status. I appreciated the fact that Max knows how important your time is and ensures that service is handled in a timely manner. Also, I appreciate the fact that Max gives you a heads up and cost for future needed setvice. Max is the best! If you need car services, contact Max Moon at Hyundai Tempe! You will be taken care of!!
Had an appointment but it still took 2 1/2 hours to complete the 15,000 mile service. I drive for almost an hour each way from Casa Grande and it's very inconvenient to wait that long.
