Called to get an oil change and cabin air filter replaced and they got me slotted for an appointment the following Monday and they also worked with me to shift me appointment to the next day without any problems and the appointment took about an hour and they followed up with me to make sure I have no issues and the issue I brought up was fixed on the spot (leafs fell in tot he blower when the filter was removed) I will be coming again

My experience with Hyundai was just okay …. My car is fixed but not at a 100%. The customer service was good, to an extend as getting answers on where my car was, why service advisor being changed and multiple people gave me different answers, also missing work and never getting a rental / loaner and the response was “ oh you just missed the loaner advisor.” Back to my car it’s has a new engine but they replaced a part without my consent or knowledge & force me to pay or I wont receive my car. This is gonna be good...and not so good. First, since 2017 I have purchased four cars from this location (three of which from AutoNation). I have always taken the cars there for service - because that's what you do to ensure warranty compliance. Typically the service is simply oil changes and tire rotation. For the most part - no problems. The downsides are these: Scheduling - which generally has a lead time of weeks; Wait time - even the seemingly simplest of services can take several hours..as many as 6 or 8.
